Two years ago,I traveled to Yunnan for its beautiful scenery.I didn’t realize and had no interest in coffee,so I hadn’t paid any attention to Yunnan coffee when I was been there.I began to know various of coffee including Yunnan coffee until I work in WOJIN,Yunnan coffee is famous for its special taste around the would.Recently,there was a Coffee Culture Festival held in Lujiang Flatland of Yunnan,Baoshan city.

From December 5th to December 7th,the Second Lujiang Flatland Coffee Culture Festival Was held in Yunnan,Baoshan city.There were many activities during the festival such as throw sachets contest,10km charity running,folk art performance,bicycle motocross and so on.Of course the coffee is the main role,so most activities are about coffee such as coffee roasting contest,coffee cupping,coffee bean creative puzzle contest,latte art performance,coffee photography competition and so on.This was a good chance for coffee lovers and travel enthusiasts to meet their coffee addiction,and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yunnan at the same time.

The second Lujiang Flatland Coffee Culture Festival relied on rich tourism resources of Yunnan and the special coffee industry advantage,combined agriculture and commerce with tourism to show a leisure life with the theme of coffee,warm winter and folk custom.This festival provided a platform and opportunity to coffee growers,coffee purchasing agents,coffee retailers,coffee exporters and coffee lovers to communicate and develop.

Yunnan coffee,especially Baoshan Lujiang Arabica coffee is famous all over the world,because of the special geographical condition and climate,Yuanan coffee is strong but not bitter,fragrance but not fierce,and with fruity.Yunnan coffee was first planted in late nineteenth century,now it is widely planted and has absolute predominance in the coffee industry of China,and is playing a more and more important role in the world.

Lujiang Flatland Coffee Culture Festival is a very interesting festival that attracted thousands of tourists.I would like to have a look if I have enough time,for coffee,as well as for beautiful scenery.

Drip coffee is a patent design invented by Japanese.The ground coffee is packaged in the filter bag,the splint made of paper can hand on the cup,it’s convenient to drink ground coffee.Drip coffee is suitable to travel or drink in the office if only have hot water and a cup.It is popular with people who is on business trip or go out to travel due to it is out of complex traditional making process and there is no lots of chemical additives or other composition.

Today we tried to make and had a taste of drip coffee in our coffee time.I would like to share our making process with you.Firstly,teared the coffee bag and take out the filter bag.Secondly,teared the filter at top along dotted line.Thirdly,hanged the splint on the cup.Fourthly,wetted the ground coffee for several seconds and then slowly added hot water of about 90℃.Then the coffee was ready.

How does drip coffee taste?It tastes a little sour,there is no obviously bitterness,no strong aroma and no sweet aftertaste.It is true that it can’t be compared with fresh ground coffee,but is superior to instant coffee.

Drip coffee is a new thing in coffee industry,it is invented for convenient,so convenient is the most outstanding feature.It has no requirement of coffee pot,temperature measure instrument and electronic weigher and so on,it just ask for a hang ear coffee,a cup and some hot water.This is the most convenient way to make coffee,people can enjoy ground coffee whenever and everywhere possible.Although the coffee would lose its flavor,it can keep the original taste of the coffee bean itself.

When many coffee lovers need a cup of coffee,however,they have no time to make as the traditional way,drip coffee would be a good choice.If it can’t meet your high requirement of aroma and taste,you had better to choose fresh coffee bean and make coffee by yourself.By the way,there is a suggestion I would like to make is when you buy coffee bean in the market,it’s better to choose the coffee bean that packaged well with a good coffee valve.

Enjoy WOJIN Coffee Time

Having coffee in the rest room has already become a daily activity of WOJIN.Every time we have coffee together is an opportunity to communicate with each other,except small chat,we often talk about how to make coffee.

As usual,we made coffee in the rest room today,I made latte art by myself.I hold the coffee cup on my left hand and the pitcher on my right hand,then I poured the milk into the coffee carefully.I shook my right hand carefully from left to right,finally I made a beautiful shape of heart.I made it,and I had a sense of achievement.

Latte art can make coffee more colorful,it looks so beautiful that I am interested in it.Many people including me think it’s hard to make beautiful latte art successfully.I had ever tried several times but failed,this time I succeeded,that’s an enjoyable process.My colleagues though I did a good job and asked me how to do that,then we communicated and shared our experienced of making coffee.Except how to make coffee,we usually talk about the types of coffee,the history of coffee and many humorous things about coffee.So, I can always learn a lot from them,therefor,I think the rest room is more a lesson that we can learn and research coffee than a rest room only.

Of course,we also talk some trifles.For example,some colleagues shared their happy life with us,some complained their trouble and we will give them some ideas to deal with it,and I always asked them for suggestion of what should be cooked tonight and so on.

In a word,WOJIN coffee time is a happy time that can relax and get energy,it’s a part of our company culture.I love it and enjoy it.

It’s normal that add sugar or milk to the coffee,but can you imagine what’s the taste if add salt to the coffee?I think it’s very crazy.

It is said that salty coffee is from a romantic stories.An ordinary boy met an outstanding girl in a party and fell in love with her.He invited her to have coffee after the party,actually the girl did not want to date with him,but she agreed for politeness. When they sat in the coffee shop,the boy was too nervous to say anything,so the atmosphere was very embarrassed.

When the waiter brought the coffee to them,the boy suddenly ask some salt and added it to his coffee.The girl was very curious about this and asked him why.The boy explained that he was homesick,salty coffee could remind him of his childhood and family because he had been lived near the sea when he was a child,and he had not come back for a long time,drank salty coffee is an expression of missing his family.

Unexpectedly,the girl was deeply touched by his story,she though the boy must be a responsible person because he love his family very much.Then the girl also told the boy many things about her childhood,her hometown and her family.

Finally,they married and lived happily together.Later,every time they drank coffee,the girl would specially asked some salt for the boy,so the boy drank salty coffee for half a lifetime.

After four decades when he passed away,the girl found the truth that the boy exactly did not like drinking salty coffee when she saw the letter the man left to her.But the girl did not felt angry because she knew her husband love her very much.Salty coffee just a mistake he made due to nervous,but the boy did not tell the truth because he afraid that it would burn everything.So,he learned to enjoy salty coffee though he did not like it firstly.

That’s the romantic story of salty coffee.So,coffee is a magical beverage,there are so many possibility about coffee,many stories happened and many creative taste was invented.

Now some people like drinking salty coffee,it is said that salt can reacts with bitterness and weaken the bitterness.But I think it must be unacceptable,If you are interested and curious,you can have a try.

WOJIN 3rd anniversary is a good day for celebration,to celebrate company’s birthday,our company organized a tour to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom on November 29th.

Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is a wonderful place where I though I was really travel to the ocean world.The whole park is themed by ocean,combine with rare ocean animals,top recreation facility and novel large scale performing arts,the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is the largest and most imaginative recreation park with the theme of ocean animals.

First of all,we were attracted by a big screen when we entered the park,we can saw a variety of ocean animals were swimming on the top of our head,it seems that we were swimming with shark,jellyfish,dolphin and so on in the underwater world.

After entering the park,the first game we played was irritative parrot roller coaster.So many people are too scared to play it,but we were looking forward to enjoying this game.In the process of play roller coaster,we cheered and screamed loudly,I think that was really a good way to release pressure.We continually work for a whole week,we are tire and we needed to relaxed ourselves through some interesting games like the parrot roller coaster.

The second activity was saw the dolphin show in the dolphinarium,the dolphins were very cute and clever,they made a wonderful show and brought us a visual enjoyment,we cannot help cheering and applauding all the time.

Another exciting games we joined was super torrent.We wore the raincoats that company prepared for us,but the game was so irritative that our body were plashed by the waves and became wet.

Besides,we saw many rare animals in the park such as penguin,white bear,white whale and so on that we can’t see in our life.

The most interesting program was the largest floats parade with the theme of ocean.There are dozens of floats paraded on the main street,and many foreign actors dressed as mermaid,sea turtle,octopus and other ocean animals,they acting skillful while interacting with the tourists,many tourists cannot help dancing with them.This scene was full of dancing and music,it looked very harmonious and wonderful.

Finally,we enjoyed the 5D movie about saving ocean kingdom.We experienced a wonderful travel with the protagonist.

Time passed quickly,we finished our tour when evening came.To be honest,we were very tired,but very happy.Chimelong Ocean Kingdom was a real eye-opening,we saw many wonderful things and play many interesting games,that was an unforgettable day!

November 28th,2015 is the 3rd birthday of WOJIN company.Three years ago,WOJIN was established,now WOJIN is three years old.

WOJIN was started with a small and crude office,In the initial stage,WOJIN had only fine employees and had no market and stable clients,we had many difficulties in selling our coffee valve,but we still tried our best to do it well.Gradually,we got harvest through our effort.

Now WOJIN is in a developing time,our company can keep a foot on the coffee industry.We have more employees and bigger,more beautiful and comfortable office.WOJIN is maturer,we have a strong team,all staff work hard and our sales is better and better.With 3 years development,we not only expand our company,but also create a special company culture.

In the afternoon on November 28th,we held a party to celebrate WOJIN 3rd anniversary.In the patty,our boss made a speech,first of all,he expressed his thanks to all staff struggle with him together.Then he shared the experience of WOJIN’s development and the future planning to us.Finally he wished our company and all staff a more glorious and successful future.Then several experienced staff also shared their experience and felling with us,they regarded WOJIN as their home and grew with it,and they expressed their best with to WOJIN and us.Finally,we song the birthday song and ate cake,all of us enjoyed the party.

Through 3 years development,WOJIN become stronger.Look back to the whole journey,every step we took lead us to success and motivate us to work harder continually and make a bigger success.In the next year,we will continue to provide high quality production and service to our customers,we hope to create a more prosperous and successful future through our effort.Our purpose is to be the NO.1 supplier of coffee valve,we have the power,we will try our best to achieve it and we believe we will make it soon.

We all know that flavor is the life of coffee,and what bring the flavor to coffee is roast.Roast,is the most important process that coffee must experience,through high temperature roast,coffee would release strong aroma,acidity,sweetness and bitterness perfectly,it becomes the wonderful taste coffee from tasteless green coffee bean.

When roasting,there would be several chemical changes,and the coffee bean would lose 15%—25% moisture.In the process of roast,the coffee bean would makes some noise like popcorn.From green coffee bean to different degree roast,the coffee bean gradually become dark and and crisp,and the aroma oil would appear on the surface.Besides,there are lots of chloric acid in the green coffee and it would be disappear when it is roasted at the same time release pleasant fruit acid such as citric acid and malic acid.If the roast is appropriate,the fruit acid would be appear perfectly,otherwise,it can’t be released or would be covered by other taste.

There have several kind of roast,you can choose different roast according to your taste.For example,American like half-city roast while British like full-city roast.

In the fifth to seventh minute,the coffee begin to release moisture,and the color become orange from light green.

Half-city roast
When the coffee bean make the first noise and the volume expand at the same time,and the color become cinnamon,that’s the half-city roast,it also called cinnamon roast.The main taste of half-city roast coffee is acidity.In this stage,the flavor is not release well,so it is usually used in canned coffee,it can’t meet the requirement of coffee experts.

City-roast
In the tenth to eleventh minute,the coffee bean become brown,that’s city roast.New York citizen like drinking city-roast coffee with some milk and sugar in the morning as breakfast,so city roast also called breakfast roast.City-roast can keep the original taste and release aroma appropriate,so many single origin coffee used this roast such as Blue mountain,Columbia,Brazil coffee and so on.

Full-city roast
In the twelve minute to sixteenth minute,the oil start to appear,and the color is dark brown,that’s the full-city roast.Many people think in this stage,the acidity,sweetness and the bitterness in the perfectest balance point.when the color is more dark,and the oil become the caramel,it’s the full-city roast,the flavor is more mellow,is suitable to make espresso,so it also called Italian roast.

Roast give the life to coffee,that’s a difficult work.Different roast bring different taste to the coffee.If you are allergic to caffeine,you are better choose the full-city roast coffee because the caffeine would be disappear when it is roasted,so the longer the coffee roasted,the caffeine is lower.It is said that there is only a half caffeine in a cup of espresso,compare to other single original coffee.

Some friends often complain to me about their life and work do not go well,they think their life is terrible because so many things go against them.I just listen carefully and I don’t know how to help them because I think my life is not good,too.

Until one day,I talked about my work with my boss,I felt guilty due to I didn’t finished my work well,some difficult is hard for me to deal with.Unexpectedly,he just smiled and said,that’s nothing,it’s normal.He said in the travel of the life,we will meet many difficult,that’s not terrible if we have positive mentality.It’s impossible for us to do the work perfectly,at least we try to do it and improve it.Many small things we do now would be a great progress when we look back in the future.

Yes,what’s the question is mentality.Why so many people aren’t satisfied with their life is because they lack positive mentality.They only focus on the result,actually they have got many things from the procedures but they don’t realize.Why many people lack of positive mentality?I think that’s because they are perfectionists,they have very high demand for their life,they think they should be served from every thing they did,they don’t want to experience any barrier to success.

My boss,a young couple who have their own company and employees,of course they are successful,they look so happiness.Do they have no trouble in their work and life?No,whether before or now,or in the future,they can’t keep themselves away from difficult.Why they so happiness is because they treat every thing with positive mentality.They are not perfectionists,they can’t do every thing perfectly,but they would try their best to do it well and hope to do it more and more better.Of course,they experienced many failures,they fell down and stood up again and again,so they succeeded,and WOJIN company became the gold supplier of coffee valve both in China and abroad.

There is no best,only better.Why don’t we do the work boldly,mistake is allowed as long as we correct it next time.We don’t need to fear mistake and failures,teat it with positive mentality and it would help us to succeed.

At first,coffee just is a small seed,after carefully cultivate,plant and care,the coffee tree would bear fruit,and become the green coffee bean after picking and processing,then it would be roasted,ground and made,finally become the delicious coffee in our cup.In this whole procedure of coffee from seed to the cup,the coffee experience a long time and many complex process procedures,I think the most important process is roast because it dig out coffee flavor and give life to the coffee.Besides,I think another most important procedure is keep coffee fresh,coffee has original flavor only it is fresh,so keep coffee fresh well,such many process procedures were done before have the best value.

Due to the coffee would shorten its life with times increasing and process procedures,so in the coffee history,many coffee experts and sellers though out lots of ways to keep coffee fresh in many aspects.For example,in 1960s,a seller called Charles Arbuckle stared to use paper bag to package coffee.In order to avoid the roasted coffee go bad due to oxidation and became damp,he mixed egg with other coating as the protective film that painted on the surface of coffee.In 1970s,many sellers in America used egg,cane sugar,butter or other compounds to mix together and painted on the coffee to keep coffee fresh,that’s prove people pay much attention to the freshness of coffee.

Except aim at coffee bean itself,people also concern the environment where coffee is stored.All people know coffee should be stored in a dry and shade place.Besides,I think coffee packaging has the biggest impact on the freshness of coffee,so coffee packaging has been improving again and again.There are several kinds of coffee packaging including paper bag packaging,plastic bag packaging,tin van packaging,vacuum packaging and aluminium foil bag packaging and so on.As far as I know,coffee stored in aluminium foil bag with one way degassing valve is the most effective way to keep coffee fresh.

In my view,people who love drinking coffee either are too busy,or too free.The busy person need coffee to make their energetic to support they work continually,and the free person drink coffee to kill time.Of course,they love coffee and enjoy it whether they are busy or free.When I am busy with my work,I also like drinking coffee.But most time I am free,I don’t like spending too much time enjoying a cup of coffee,but relaxed outside,because I am no too free,I just have one day to relaxed in a week.So,this weekend,I visited the Shunde Qinghui Garden with my friend,no work,no coffee,but very happy.

It is said that Qinghui Garden is one of the four famous gardens in Guangdong,also the representative of the south of Five Ridges.Qinghui Garden is an ancient garden architecture that built in Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty,located in the downtown of Shunde.The name Qinghui,means bright and warm sunshine,is the metaphor of parents raising.Qinghui Garden show the culture of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty not only on its name,but also on its gray and tiles,green trees and colorful flowers.

When I entered the Qinghui Garden,the special landscape immediately caught my eyes.So my people there,some are waiting in line to buy the ticket,some are taking photos and some are drawing and so on.I bought the ticket and couldn’t wait to visit.

There are lots of cultural relics are collected in the garden,visitors can learn many historical things from these collections,for example,Guo Moruo had been lived in here and Deng Xiaoping had been visited the garden,I am curious about this and read it carefully.Except the cultural relic collection,I was also fascinated by the ancient buildings.The buildings do no like the modern bungalows,just made of armored concrete,but gray and tiles,and lots of wooden and ,any other special materials.All kinds of buildings are in a good layout,clear structure,and is aesthetic.Besides,there are some ponds with many fish and a variety of trees and flowers add some colors to the garden.

The whole garden give me a feeling of harmonious and comfortable.I think it’s a culture and art rather than a garden.Qinghui Garden has the characters of culture of Ming and Qing Dynasty,ancient garden structure art of the south of Five Ridges,it is a fairyland on the earth,it throw out the special traditional culture of China.

A pleasant and relaxing weekend past,I learn more culture of Shunde and China.While I am learning culture about foreign countries and coffee,I think I should learn more China culture and mix it with other culture together.Nowadays,the culture in the world should be learned and communicated.

All coffee lovers must know coffee can bring us a graceful and romantic felling,but in fact,I don’t know what’s the best romantic coffee before I heard the story of Irish coffee.

It is said that Irish coffee was originated from a romantic love story.A barman who worked in a bar in Dublin airport of Ireland met and fell in love with a beautiful airline stewardess.The barman though the stewardess is so attractive as the whisky.Every time when the stewardess landed at the airport,she would came to the bar and asked different coffee with her different mood,but she never asked whisky.The barman was good at making whisky,he hoped to make a cup of whisky for the beautiful stewardess by himself.Finally,he though up a good way,he mixed the whisky with coffee and make a new beverage named Irish coffee.He added the Irish coffee into the menu and wait the moment that the stewardess find it,but the stewardess did not find and ask the Irish coffee for a long time.And the barman just threw himself on his work and did not remind her,then he just waited for the next time the stewardess came.One year later,the stewardess finally found the Irish coffee and asked it.It was the first time the barman made Irish coffee for the stewardess,he was moved to teared.He was afraid that the stewardess would saw he was tearing,so he wiped away his tear with his hand,and secretly drew a circle with his tear on the rim of coffee cup.So the first sip of Irish coffee is with the taste of missing.Therefor,the Irish coffee also named The Angel’s Tear.

The stewardess,became the first customer who asked Irish coffee.Why nobody asked Irish coffee before the stewardess did in one year?It is said that the barman made double menus,only when the stewardess asked beverage,he would present the menu wrote with Irish coffee.

The stewardess loved Irish coffee very mush,only she landed at Dublin airport after that,she would came to the bar and asked a cup of Irish coffee.gradually,they were well acquainted with each other,the stewardess would tell the barman many interesting things of other countries,and the barman taught her how to make Irish coffee.Until one day,the stewardess told the barman she decided to quit her job of airline stewardess and said farewell to him,their story was over.

After the stewardess came back to San Francisco,she wanted to drink Irish coffee,but she can’t find it in any coffee shops,then she realized the Irish coffee is specially made for her.Later,she opened a coffee shop and also sold Irish coffee,then Irish coffee was popular in San Francisco.That’s why the Irish coffee was originated from Ireland,but was popular in San Francisco.

Not only is Irish coffee a cup of coffee,but is a cup of whisky,that is a beautiful mistake.The romantic Irish coffee with strong aroma and taste,is suitable to the mood of missing.The bitterness of the coffee and the astringent of the whisky is like the taste of life,after drinking the Irish coffee off,the strong aroma and taste lead to endless aftertaste.
